I have been the owner of Blinn Fitness since it was founded 2014. I was inspired to start my own business because I was tired of seeing commercial gyms take advantage of people with their pricing and lack of service, passion and knowledge to members who didn't know better. I previously worked in the commercial gym industry for years prior to starting up my business. My goal is to transform lives through proper exercise technique and precise dieting while creating a strong base on the squat bench and deadlift along with various other free weight exercises.
Besides training others I myself have a fitness journey of my own. I previously competed in the Emerald Cup physique show and I now regularly compete in power-lifting meets. I played football at the collegiate level at Chadron State College in Nebraska where I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science . I was formerly the head strength and conditioning coach at Cascade High School in Everett as well. I have a strong passion for health and fitness and hope to share this passion with people around me.
Danielle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a passionate fitness advocate who takes a balanced and highly personalized approach to coaching. She has been involved with fitness for the majority of her life; Growing up, her life revolved around sports which culminated in an athletic scholarship to play collegiate basketball at a D1 University. It was in college that her love for weightlifting began, and she has spent the last 8 years learning how to use weightlifting to achieve a variety of fitness related goals.
Her balanced approach to a fit lifestyle includes coaching both exercise and nutrition guidance, as well as mindset tips and tricks to get her clients to where they want to be. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. By working within the individual interests and the unique objectives of her clients, she is able to craft a program that is enjoyable, rewarding, and in-line with the clients’ end goals. Whether you are just getting started with working out, or have been working out on your own but looking for more guidance, she is excited to work with you on your fitness journey!
Meet Elijah Jordan. He is a Certified trainer under NASM with a martial arts background. He trained in multiple Martial arts for 15+ years. Found love in training his own body and wanted to help others get in tune with theirs. After a year of being a trainer at a commercial gym, Elijah realized he was too passionate about fitness and wanted to take the next step in his career. Leading to him joining Blinn fitness.
Elijah is a bodyweight specialist (calisthenics) that offers nutrition guidance. He aims to create an ideal physique while altering specific habits for his clientele. His workouts are based on the individual, while building a strong mind to body connection. Mobility, Stability and Core are the 3 most important factors in his training methods. Elijah is ready to make positive changes when you are!
Ricky has been a AAAI/ISMA certified trainer for 5 years. He was first exposed to this industry when his dad started his own gym and began training him at 15 years old. He didn’t care much for it at the time because it was hard work but now he can’t get enough of it. He really loves showing new people how rewarding it can be to get some tough exercise every week. Ricky believes it’s the foundation to living a fulfilling life and maximizing our potential.
He enjoys helping people lose weight, gain muscle, and increase flexibility.
Ricky works with all age groups and all levels of fitness. He lifts weights, stretches, and he's learning kickboxing and is always looking to share his knowledge with others. He wants to build up his clients’ understanding of their bodies and how to listen to the subtle messages that help us train, eat, and sleep in rhythm with our individual needs.
Haley Anne is a NASM certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for athletics. She has been a personal trainer for 2 years and after working in the confines of a commercial gym and group training, she jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the growth at Blinn Fitness. While playing collegiate field hockey she developed a passion for working towards an athletic balance of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance and brings that same mindset to training as well, taking her clients goals, and developing a balanced plan around building these 3 key markers of fitness.
While strength and endurance are the base, she believes in helping her clients live an overall healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically. Developing a positive mindset and mental wellness is a focus of Haley’s work with her clients, knowing the positive effects training has on herself mentally she wants to bring an outward positivity to each session working together.
Haley’s quest working with you is to learn your goals and personal motivations, that way we can develop a plan that is fun, sustainable and gives you the results you want. She cant wait to start your fitness journey together.
Kirsten Terry-Springs is certified health coach through Dr. Sears wellness institute and ISSA certified personal trainer. He was a former collegiate athlete at New Mexico Highlands. He decided to pursue the health field after caregiving for his grandmother late in 2017. The pain he went through when he lost her in 2018 pushed him to elevate and educate himself to assist others in living and balanced and healthy lifestyle. Longevity is his aspiration and his dream is to help as many people as he can to improve their overall health, physically, spiritually and mentally!
Andy is a multi-certified trainer who has a background in collegiate strength and conditioning. His love for basketball is where he found his passion for becoming a personal trainer. For 3 years he was training athletes at Seattle University and the University of Washington. While he was there he worked with a number of sports teams including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Track & Field as well as Swimming and Softball. This variety of teams helped Andy find his passion for working with people who have a wide variety of fitness goals and ambitions.
He’s been a strength coach for 8 years now and has a passion for helping people find the right form of fitness for them. There are a million different ways that you can work out, it’s about finding what’s right for you. It’s hard to be motivated to get into shape if you don’t like working out in the first place, so let Andy help make the process enjoyable for you.
Joe is a NASM certified personal trainer with an athletic background in soccer and track & field. As someone who struggled with insecurity and finding his own self-identity, his father helped him find his confidence and purpose through the fitness industry. Fitness has become an integral part of his daily routine and he recognized that it is so much more than just losing weight or gaining muscle; it’s working towards a better quality of life.
Putting in the time and work at the gym is important but Joe believes that habitual change and growth are also dependent on what you do outside of the gym. His training style focuses on mobility/functional training and muscle development, with a consistent emphasis on exercise form and core engagement. His goal as a personal trainer is to help people develop healthy and long term habits, establish and progress towards personal goals, and enhance their quality life through fitness! Meet Adrian. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Virtual Coaching Specialist. He has been around fitness from a very young age; picking up a basketball for the first time at a boys & girls club. Despite being active he delt with weight issues for majority of his life. Walking into high school as a 345lb freshman he was introduced to Football and Track & Field in addition to basketball. He received a Football and Track & Field scholarship where he was also named to the NAIA Daktronics All Academic team.
After college his weight issues continued and he ended up at 365lbs. At that point he took matters in his own hands. Taking his previous knowledge about workout programming through sports and a strong desire to learn the nutritional aspect of fitness he lost 135lbs.
He now seeks to help individuals realize their true potential when they put their mind to it. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, hypertrophy, performance, or speed and agility, Adrian has you covered!
