Brandon is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve in their health and fitness! He truly puts in the work and goes the extra mile for his clients to help each individual reach their goals. I train with him once a week, attend his boot camps every Sunday, and receive full meal plans that guide my daily nutrition and food choices. He is constantly there checking in with you, answering questions, and making adjustments along the way according to progress and goals. Brandon is the best trainer ever! He makes working out so fun and challenges you without pushing you too far past what you are comfortable with. He is really encouraging, great energy, patient, and actually checks in with you to hold you accountable. He makes it clear he is always there for help with meal plans, workout plans, random questions-etc. He is very passionate about what he does, knowledgeable and fun to train with.
